60"x24"x36" / 5'x2'x3' Premium PVC Reptile Enclosure

Customer service was great from the start and Replies were always prompt. The enclosure was simple to construct and the instructions made things go smoothly. We decided to go full bioactive for Modo our bearded dragon and the PVC inclosure does well maintaining humidity levels and heat. I would highly recommend this enclosure for anyone with reptiles or amphibians!

I am thrilled with the quality of the enclosure, the habitat it provides my snakes, and the amazing customer service I received. Quality: After fighting with glass tanks to maintain humidity and heat levels keeping the correct parameters for my various snakes is a breeze. My ball python is in the 5'2'3 and humidity is almost effortless, my days of pouring water in strategic places to create humidity are over. The natural plants are thriving in the humidity and LED lights which is aiding in maintaining that humidity and allowing for a great temperature gradient. My ball loves the ability to climb the extra height and spends so much time in her sky hide. This enclosure keeps it hidden in the top perfectly and she 'hunts' from it nightly (as I get to watch on my enclosure camera). Habitat: Three of my four snakes are rescues with two of them being very, very shy. My ball python, being one of the shy ones, has become much more active since moving into this habitat. I really think she feels secure and comfortable at a level she hasn't been able to in the 10 years before we found each other. I contribute much of her activity change in the last two months to this habitat upgrade. Customer Service: I placed an order for two enclosures but then had buyers regret not going another foot taller for a rescue ball python so I reached out after a couple of days and they happily helped to adjust my order. I cannot express how thankful I am for that change, she utilizes all of it! Once they arrived there had been some issues in transit and unfortunately, a piece arrived broken (I believe this was due to unloading and not a fault of Kages) so when I reached out for a replacement they bent over backward to get it to me quickly. By this time I had decided to order a third enclosure to stack on a used model I was fortunate to find (and drive over 16 hours to get) and ordered replacement doors for the used model. It shipped quickly and I'm thrilled with each of the enclosures. Kages reached out after hours via email to make sure the replacement parts and third enclosure came in all-in-on-piece. They had accidentally forgot an item in my first shipment, so when including it in the second they even threw in a hoodie for the 'headache' - which I have worn throughout my holiday travel. I am now preparing (justifying!) another purchase of 1-2 enclosures if I can squeeze them into my square footage and Kages can rest assured I'll be back and they have my business. I cannot say enough about the team checking in, fixing a simple mistake quickly, and even checking in with other reptile folks on public forums and offering enclosure/habitat advice. You can tell this team cares about the work they do and the animals we keep. Thank you Kages on behalf of me and my four scaled friends!
