My husband started wearing these and after just a few days, he now wakes up within an hour of Sunrise without an alarm clock. Previously he would sleep until 9am on avg. He also falls asleep quicker. It seems to be a really nice natural progression of sleepiness. Previously he would toss and turn for quite some time before finally falling asleep. I wish we new about these glasses sooner!

I’ve had these glasses for over six months, and have found them so valuable. They helped me protect my circadian rhythm throughout pregnancy and now postpartum. As someone who works on a computer/inside a lot of the day, and would still be working some in the evenings, these made a huge difference for me. Our lighting is not ideal in our house for dark times as it is super bright LEDs we are working to switch out. So in the meantime, these have been a saving grace! They’re high quality and have held up well. Highly recommend!
