PERK, Mexican Coffee and Chile Rub

I ordered the large container of Perk for my daughter who has made it a staple in her kitchen. She tells me she uses it especially for chicken tacos and they love it so… I also ordered the regular size container for myself. I’m thinking of trying it in chicken salad tonight!

I love all of Ric's spice combos - sometime I just want to spice up come chili or pasta sauce with Purple Haze, or I use the rubs on chicken and pork before grilling them, or even use some of the rubs as seasoning when sautéing vegetables!
