Order was shipped before mockup was approved :(

I rarely write reviews and hate to leave this negative feedback but feel compelled to say that it was very disappointing to find that my item had proceeded to print before my approval of the mockup, especially when I had planned on requesting adjustments to it. There was no deadline given in the email correspondence, nor was there any warning that the item would be printed and shipped if I did not respond within a week, making for a very poor experience. When contacted, the store did not offer a refund but advised that I could place another order at cost price--no, thanks.

Brilliant service & wonderful print / frame

I was guided through the entire process. Even when a printer malfunctioned and they were delayed with printing, print and proper did everything possible to make the process as seamless as possible. The print even arrived the day before it was required which was only done due to the fantastic support received. I will be recommending you and utilising services again moving forward.
