The quality and detail of the Orchid pendant is amazing. It matches the level of service they offer at Koa Nani. I called and spoke with Ellie. She was extremely helpful with details about the White Gold Orchid Pendant. I mentioned that this was a time sensitive 28th anniversary gift and I would call back that day to place an order. I was a bit hesitant to buy jewelry without seeing it in person. Ellie called me back to let me know that the inventory was down to only one item. I am so thankful for that attention to detail.
