The product itself is great. The low score is because of their subscription service, which is awful. First, there’s no way to access it through your account, so you have to find the link in the email they send. Second, the only way to delay or change an order is to contact them, but the emails get ignored, so you either get more product than you need or you have to cancel the subscription every time.
