Disappointed

The item I ordered was for my nephew's new baby so I addressed it to their home in Wagga NSW. It took 19 days to arrive. Had I known this would happen, I would have had it sent to my place. They had moved out of their house and the real estate agent collected the mail and returned the parcel to sender! (Thea With Love). I advised what had happened and it was suggested that I purchase another item and they would refund my money for the first item, once they received it. I decided not to risk another 19 day delivery time and bought something from a local shop instead. The item found its way back - amazingly, in just one week - and my money was refunded promptly minus postage and handling. So, I never got to see the item and my nephew's baby will never get to wear it either. Very disappointing. The communication with the business was prompt but perfunctory and they were sorry it caused me stress. (but it felt as though they didn't actually care that much!) I'm sure the products are really lovely but would suggest asking about delivery times if you happen to live on the other side of the country!

I bought this outfit (onesie, beanie & bib) to send to London to my nice. She just had a baby and I wanted something special from Australia. I loved the material so soft and the good quality, just perfect for a little baby.

Disappointed as I purchased for a overseas gift and thought they were made in Australia The baby suit is lovely, the print,fabric and design are delightful.
