Breastmilk Ice Pack - Jamie (2 Pack)

I thought these ice packs were pretty good at first, but after using them only a handful of times they started to leak. I opened my cooler bag and the baby bottles were covered in whatever toxic viscous liquid is inside the pouches. One of them looks as if it had been punctured, but I have no idea how as they have only ever been in a small cooler with baby bottles, never in contact with anything pointy or sharp. I don’t know why this happened but because of this I am disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
