Purchased this as a Christmas present for my man and couldn’t be happier. Initially they sent me the wrong ring, but they corrected it right away when I reached out. I reached out again to exchange for a larger size and they said they could stretch it for me a half size I just needed to mail it in or stop in the store in NYC. They resized it SO FAST. Best customer service IMO, I will be a forever customer. The ring is beautiful and heavy.

Love the ring and the designs but please please please do bigger sizes in the future, most of my fingers are size 13 and not alot of your pieces even go up to 12.Also states ring is engraved with pf logo but my ring had no such engraving.
