1.) The customer service was honestly amazing. They so helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. 2.) The cover is absolutely perfect, especially for winter here in Alberta. My baby stays warm and cozy every time we’re out, and I never have to worry about the cover shifting or moving around because of the wind. It stays in place so well and feels super secure. Overall, it’s been the perfect winter essential for us, and I’m so happy with my purchase. Looking forward to getting one for the Summer.

I ordered this on a Saturday, only a few days before we expected our first big snow of the year! My 4 month old baby had swimming lessons that week & I really wanted to keep her warm! I nearly bought one of these second hand, but opted to get a new one after talking to a couple sellers who told me I wouldn’t regret my purchase! It came within a few days JUST in time for snow, cold weather & swim lessons! It fits my car seat perfectly & is SO simple to use (I can save your life, but I’m sooo bad at technical stuff) & I had no trouble! Absolutely love it! My babe was so cozy & safe!
