Good quality and kids resistant

Ordered 3 bottles, 2 of which had been ordered with specific engravings requested. The order showed up with no engraving on any bottles. The packing slip showed the engraving line items yet the order was still shipped.
No contact if there was some sort of issue either. This tells me the order was shipped full well knowing it wasn’t correct. Lazy? Yes. Negligent? Yes. Terrible customer sentiment? Absolutely.
Not pleased and waiting for Miir to make up for this let down.

This bottle works great for my toddler, she enjoys having a "big kid" cup and we appreciate it's sturdiness.
