This is one of those things that you could probably DIY but the price of the kit is so low that it’s not really worth it. By not DIY-ing you get a kit that is very well designed to exactly fullfill it’s goal: make sure the buttkicker has a solid connection to a Playseat frame. This kit does that very well. I get excellent transfer of vibration into the seat and it’s not rattle-y at all like my previous attempts were. The playseat with a solidly attached buttkicker is exceptionally good. Very convincing and adds way more than one would expect to the simulation experience.

Its simple, well machined, and looks like a proper installation. Not to mention top quality. It also transfers the maximum amount of vibration to the Playseat. Guys you can do it cheaper with a deep socket and a bolt. BUT WHY! If your like me, you've spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on your racing rig. Your rig and you are worth the expense.
