Awful Customer Service

I have been going back and forth with Vivvid customer service for nearly three weeks, trying to locate a roll of vinyl that was never delivered to me, and have been consistently told to wait when I am sure the product was never shipped. I have never experienced customer service this poor in my life, and now I’ve been sent an email asking to review the product. Hard to review something that never arrived. Will not be purchasing from this company ever again, and will steer anyone clear that asks about my experience with Vivvid. Do not purchase from this company if you have any sort of project timeline, as their estimated shipping times are practically worthless, and they seem to have no intention to remedy those issues.

Overall Great Product. Much better gloss than I expected. People think my car is painted.

Super High Gloss.... Conforms as well as you would expect for a vinyl at this price point. Tach is a good level for doing the work by yourself. Air Release works well.

Great color, challenging wrap

Love the color, but this wrap is pretty difficult to use for an amateur. Had a LOT of trouble getting the hood of my MINI wrapped. This wrap is thicker than some, and it’s super sticky. A lot of work, but the car looks great.
