All items ordered are exactly as advertised. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, especially with regards to any questions or clarifications I had regarding the delivery process or products themselves. The OOD team's friendliness and professionalism when it comes to the hobby is unmatched by any other retailer I have come to know and is well worth the trouble I have to go through to have items delivered to my country. The only issue I have ever encountered was a damaged 200-pack of darts, resulting in about 30 of the darts being squished/deformed, but that is definitely due to the incompetence of the USPS delivery system in safely transporting packages. As feedback to the OOD team, I strongly suggest having some sort of protection around dart boxes, since they are, by nature, squishy and prone to being crushed.
