EBC Universal Smart Charger - 52v 4 amp Lithium Ion Battery

I recently buy this charger for the Mega Shark battery, and I couldnt be happier, the charger arrived with clear instructions for its first use, making the setup process quick and easy. My first full charge took around 4 hours, and everything worked as it should, overall im extremely satisfied with all, is reliable, efficient and delivered exactly as promised!

Wrong Battery sent.

After 40 minutes on the phone and texting pictures of current battery , and connections, back-and-forth, with conversation, I felt good near the end of our conversation on the phone. A picture of the battery we discussed and the charger that it would require or sent to me and I immediately bought it. When it arrived, the battery was the same as discussed, with the exception of the connection as to how it fit my bicycle. They did not match. I called the company and asked for the same battery with a different connector and they said it was unavailable, end it would take some customizing,. That is not as easy as it seems. I was extremely disappointed, especially pictures back and forth, and the conversation was very clear. I was very impressed with the company after our initial conversation follow up and return is difficult.
