CWC G10 FATBOY-80 WATCH

CWC over weight G10 (fat boy)! I

I have had the G10 or general service watch before and have worn them for years! I did have the original fat boy and decided to take the opportunity to purchase a brand new one as a reissue! The case is not the same as before with a bright polished band or ring around it but otherwise it looks exactly the same! I like the fact it still runs the ETA movement unlike the CWC divers that unfortunately use the Rhonda movement nowadays! I am wearing this watch and although smaller than the watches of today feels more substantial due to the fat case. Would I recommend this watch? Well it's got heritage but at a premium price that is a bit hard to justify? I do know though this will last for decades! Ps one small gripe was mine came on an 18mm grey strap and not the advertised 19mm one so I had to buy that separately . Service from Silvermans was as always top notch with next day delivery. To sum up I'm pleased with the watch but the price is in my opinion too high even for swiss made
