Flex Vortex Bucket Hat

Not true to size advertised contacted about a refund and still Awaiting reply. Been waiting over 3months! Will not shop with this company again.

Size was smaller then labeled and compared to like hat- when I requested a refund it was refused without discussion. I would strongly recommend not using this company- the risk is too great. I have NEVER felt with such an unprofessional company.
