Broke twice

I bought one strap for my son, it snapped on the first day. Stratify told me they bent and pulled the whole batch and they weren’t snapping, wouldn’t send a refund but sent a replacement. The second one snapped on the first day (again) whilst he was running playing soccer. I saw it fall off his arm. They sent a refund then but not the shipping cost. I lost money on this company, both straps broke first day and we still have no strap.
