Very good dvd

This is very good not just for bjj but mma and self-defense situation too. It is like you train for one but good for three. Image you get pin then Escape the pin and know how to technical stand up then run away to protect yourself in dangerous situation. It is just so valuable. This is for all level not just for black belt.
