Amazing Customer Service! Gorgeous Dress!

Hi, I don’t normally leave reviews but after the phenomenal customer service that I received (as well as the raving reviews of my Goddaughter’s baptism dress), I knew I had to say something. I placed my order the week before Memorial Day Weekend, totally last minute on my part, because I didn’t take into consideration that it was a holiday weekend and shipping would be slower. I reached out to Customer Service that Friday, and they made sure to get in touch with the warehouse to have it shipped out that SAME exact day, so that it wouldn’t interfere with the holiday. I wasn’t expecting the chat app to be so helpful, but it is a real person that you’re talking to, and an incredibly helpful one at that. The dress arrived in stellar condition, true to size, and everyone raved about it at the Baptism! I must’ve recommended this website to over 7 people over the course of the day. If you’re hesitant about making the purchase, definitely go for it! Great quality, excellent customer service, and overall a very pleasant purchase. Thank you so much! :)
