Poorly-finished and non-existent customer service.

Caps are OK but feel cheap (which they are, to be fair) but have sharp, unfinished edges. They fit very tight to my gateron oil king switches so removing them was scary. They didn't fit my Tsangan layout keyboard and there seems to be no option for non-standard spacebars etc. I was going to return and wasn't going to bother reviewing but the returns department has not replied to my email and instead they sent a review request, so here we are!

I mistakenly picked an incompatible keycap set for my keyboard, so I swiftly contacted their support in hopes to fix my mistake; They were happy to help and even suggested a few products. Keycaps themselves are very high quality and exactly what I wanted; I wish they did full uk layouts, but what I got is still perfect enough!
