What an absolutely killer service to have. Gives you the opportunity to really dial in what package you want to upgrade to, without paying for products you may already have. I went from a GET to a long case 150cc EFi with a new exhaust and the works. Also, the phone call is amazing. It's much easier to have an open dialogue and talk one on one,over a ton of emails.
