Bad quality

This bag did not last through one day. The entire bag tore apart. I believe for the amount of money spent on this bag it should have lasted longer than day one! I even reached out to Halter Up customer service and they never responded. Apparently their customer service is as bad as their product. I would definitely NOT recommend this slow feeder. And if you’re looking for good customer service this is not the place. Much smaller than anticipated but even with the small size it should not have fallen apart within the first day. Waste of money!

Slow Hay Feeder

The quality of this product is FANTASTIC! It is heavy duty and very easy to fill with hay, compared to hay nets. It is durable and great for our donkeys!

Slow feeding hay bag.

I put my bags up yesterday, I was a bit sceptical, the donkey's paid no attention to them. Put a flake in each one and just left them. The next morning when I went to the barn, they were empty and not one straw of hay on the floor, I was amazed, absolutely no waste. Highly recommend.
