Beef Cheek Roll 9"-11"

Idk. I've bought plenty of these in the past few months. But this latest batch seemed WAY lighter in weight than I've ever bought before. Plus they're thinner? Not sure if y'all just have a wide variation and they're all random, or if the way you make these have actually gone down in quality. I'd like to know because they definitely need to be heavier again. My gsd used to take hours to get down to the middle and now it takes her only 1 hour and a half to finish it all:/ what's up w that?
