Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Coffee

Nice, but a little towards medium for our taste

We like the really light roasts of Ethiopian and Kenyan coffees. Usually do pour overs or mocha pot and had to scale back almost 20% on our recipe to get a nice cup with these beans. If you like a slightly more roasted coffee, you will like it. If you are looking for an even lighter roast with more floral/fruity/acidic notes, this one doesn't meet that.
