Went to put on on and when I pulled back the clasp the whole clasp came off. Disappointed as this happened the day I received it. Waste of money

Bought for my fiancée and she loves it. It’s exactly what she wanted. She had one from a different company before but it unfortunately got lost. The look and feel of this one is great and the chain is the perfect length. Thank you.
