Unfortunately, had to send back as too big for my wife's feet, so have asked to exchange for size 2 in children's size, I've sent an email to customer service as well this morning, apart from that all the other ones we've purchased are great.

I usually take a 4 but needed a three in these good quality the backs are on the side size slips slightly need to wear with socks

My slippers arrived incredibly quickly and were on my feet instantly! They are brilliant and I couldn't be more happy. The size runs slightly big I'd say, which is ideal because I can slip them on and off really easily. They're very comfortable and I have high hopes that they'll be really heard wearing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough AND I bought them at a reduced price. All in all a great purchase. Thank you!
