My grandson loved it! I thought the quality was good. I would order from the company again just realizing must order in advance for timely occasion delivery.

Product is great, customer service and shipping are nightmarish.

The title says it all. The plush is great and my kid loves it so no worries there. The issue is that I ordered this before Thanksgiving as this is a Christmas/holiday plush. I didn't receive this until new years. Why have a Christmas/holiday themed plush if you couldn't fulfil them by Christmas? Maybe my fault for not following up sooner, but by the second week of December I hadn't seen or heard anything about the item being shipped. I reached out and finally item shipped. Plush was in transit for over two weeks abs nohody in custody service would get back with me until after the items delevered. Really just sad.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. It’s well made and very huggable.
