i bought two of the carts for moving to our new house specifically for the stairs we have The first cart broke the first time we went down the stairs with 2 boxes of books on the cart the rod supporting the wheel came out of its socket so we never used them I want my money back My $30 heavy duty steel dolly with big wheels worked

Love the product but it we’d a better locking stable. The wheels keeps closing in and I constantly have to keep pushing the the yellow slot down

Compared to the previous model, this new version falls short. With the first use, the latch handle failed and the wheels wouldn’t lock in place. I couldn’t turn the cart at all without the wheels folding in and my load tipping. After such a long wait, the quality of the new model is very disappointing.
