What a friendly bunch at Outdoor Home, and we are loving our new Big Green Egg. We have been cooking on it just about every night, from steak, fish, pork, and brats, and everything is tasting fabulous

Still learning how to regulate the temperature. Wish the grill was divided and hinged to allow adding more charcoal.
