I had the most wonderful experience with these people. From start to finish they were all thoughtful, helpful and so caring. My ashes went missing in the mail but the staff were right on it, and at no moment was I left on my own, totally felt well cared for and updated at every turn. Cannot say enough about Spirit pieces.
