My new favorite
I adore these pearl drop earrings. They’re my new favorite. However, the wire broke from one of the earrings not long after purchase. I called the customer care number and they shipped me out a new pair the very same day! Extraordinary service! Four stars because of the breakage but 10++ stars for customer service! So refreshing to have a company back their product and warranty for a change! Forever a JV customer.
