LEAP Frog torpedo pack order

I ordered the torpedo packs and they were sent to me with no padding or bubble wrap and 2 of 3 arrived busted. I received a replacement which was nice but again not packed correctly when shipped and again arrived broken and a mess. I didn't complain again I just accepted it and moved on. Probably won't order the torpedo packs again from you again. I did order the Frog pool hibernation kits and they arrived without damage. So I was very happy with that but it was packaged in its own packaging and placed in an appropriately sized box. Nothing damaged.
