Men's Grand Tour Knicks Laser Cut Gripper

I have ordered custom team kit from Prism many times now and everyone raves about the quality and the fit. The knicks are the most comfortable I've owned. The chamois is top quality and the fabric and gripper are awesome

When I received my kit I was excited and put it on the following morning. The bib felt loose and not as comfortable as normal. When I returned home I checked the size and noticed I received an Extra Large and not a Large as ordered. I contacted Prism and Oliver responded immediately. Oliver was very helpful and sent me a Large bib the following day. The service was fantastic! Thanks Oliver..
