SAVE OUR RIGHTS Stealie Tee

I placed on order on 8/15/23. Order took awhile to ship but it finally arrived 8/24/23 and was way too small for being an XL. The item arrived with no tags, no wrapping, etc. I messaged them on 8/25/23 to exchange for a larger size or get a refund and they responded with the info to send it back to them. I sent it back on 8/30/23 and it was received by them on 9/6. I sent them an email the next day on 9/7 asking when I could expect the exchange to ship out or get a refund. No response. I asked again on 9/11, 9/14, 9/18 and again got no response and their chat is just a bot that answers no questions at all. I am STILL waiting for an answer or a refund. TERRIBLE customer service and the quality wasn’t like how the Dead shirts used to be. I escalated to BBB and finally got a response and exchange.
