Truthfully, the whip I have had previously was made from thinner hide, cut into thinner strips and woven much tighter. I realize that for the price I paid you, that is probably an unrealistic expectation. However, I feel the responsiveness of this whip is just not what I was hoping for.

Your chat was sub standard and there was not a way to speak to someone to choose a product. I just guessed right.
