I wanted heel protectors for my 7-inch black (Russian Roulette) babydolls, but they were sold out. I asked and customer service told me that these would fit my shoes as a similar replacement. I went to buy them during a sale, but for some reason I wasn't able to get the sale discount on them. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the sale amount! Overall, an amazing customer service experience. AND when the product arrived they did fit my babydolls and look amazing!
