Monolith SGS Fire Pot Dutch Oven

Fantastic pot, works brilliantly with the grid ststem. Just be aware, it is really heavy (le chef size). Braised a big piece of beef beautifully on first use

Bought a Monolith Kamado BBQ and wanted the heavy iron pot to go with it. I've only used it for reheating some pulled pork and cooking sausages on the griddle lid, but I'm going to use it for goulash and stews come the autumn. It's a well made bit of kit, which should last years.
