Lovely product, poorly packaged

The product itself is great and totally as expected... the packaging however is really disappointing, especially when sending as a gift. Literally in a plastic bag, without any branding at all and with a massive sticker on the outside saying what it is from a warehouse. Not the premium experience you expect at the price point.

Absolutely beautiful

The wall hanging arrived really quickly and was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like the photos and the quality is great!
