Seconds Polka Dot Small Butter Dish

Item was a seconds but a bad seconds with big black mark that cannot be washed off. I’ve had lots of seconds from EB before which have barely noticeable flaws but this isn’t great and looks awful. Emailed EB about it, but no response so I won’t buy their seconds again.
