We were disappointed with how the order was packaged. The tea towel and crackers survived the shipping, however the cheese was seeping oil and was very soft. Upon receiving the cheese we immediately placed it in the refrigerator before attempting to unwrap it. We are aware overly warmed cheese is safe to consume. However that doesn't necessarily mean it's appealing. We have ordered from other retailers in your area who ship cheese in insulated bags covered with dry ice packs. We were surprised the lack of attention to shipping ice packs / freezer materials.
