Great Experience

We love our new sauna. We’ve had our Marcus corner sauna for a couple of months and are thrilled with it. Working with Wes and Aryanna was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable about our sauna and got the order made quickly and professionally. Ours came damaged and we had to send it back. When I contacted Wes about it, he got on it immediately and I had the replacement sauna at my house in less than two weeks The sauna itself has been great. I was surprised at the quality. I am a cabinetmaker and custom furniture maker. In other words, kind of picky in this realm. Like I said I was surprised by the quality. I have seen other Chinese saunas that looked terrible. This model was great. We got the Canadian hemlock model. I was surprised that all the front panels were all straight grain hemlock which is best. The joints all fit together very well and all the walls line up great for a mass produced product. It heats up to 140 in about about 1/2 hour. The corner model is plenty big for both my wife and I to sauna and look at each other while we talk. The only problem we’ve had with the sauna is the radio. At first the speakers quit, which was just the in line speaker wire connectors not holding. Now the radio itself will not work. I will be contacting the manufacturer about it soon. The radio is not a game changer for us. I believe we’ll get it ironed out, but besides that, we’re thrilled with the sauna, would recommend it to anyone, and would also recommend buying it from Sun Valley Sauna. You can order online, but I prefer to talk to a real person when making this kind of purchase and when you call Sun Valley, you will talk to a real person who will, as in my case, help me if there are problems with delivery. Overall, a great experience.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL sauna!

My wife and I included the Maxxus 3-person corner sauna as part of our recent basement remodel and are delighted we did so. Our online purchase from Sun Valley (owner Wes McMahon) was very satisfying and professional. Cross-country shipment to Indiana happened with no problem. I have passed on to Wes some ideas we discovered during assembly that made it much easier than offered through instructions that came with the unit. The sauna works PERFECTLY (temperature range of 75-150F from 110V/20 amp dedicated circuit) and is a tremendously satisfying component of our home fitness and relaxation options (previously in-place fitness room/equipment and hot tub are others). We recommend this purchase for others to consider. We would be pleased to talk to other potential purchasers.
