Great Sauna, Great Price, Great Service

Love everything about this Sauna! It is well built. The service, shipping and packaging of the Sauna was really good, within a day or 2 it shipped and arrived at my door on a pallet that was packaged extremely well for shipping. Easy to assemble with clasps, took 3 screws to put the bench on, and other than that it is max a 40 minute assemble. I had put the wrong shipping address when I ordered it, but Wes at Sun Valley quickly responded to my message and got everything straightened out. Great service.

Great Sauna

The packaging and shipping were done very well with no issues. Everything in the kit was of good quality. Packaging internal to the box was done very well and professionally. The only issue was some dents in the top piece due to packaging shifting during shipping internally.
