Broken Chain

I have purchased a few chains from this site and my sons love them, unfortunately the last two have broken easily within the first week.

Not really durable chain

I purchased the custom numbers for my son and he absolutely loves it! Its a nice weight and quality to the numbers. The chain however is a different story. This is at least the third one I have purchased for him. They break really easily. Its pretty frustrating - not to mention getting expensive!

Good communication

I ordered a chain I put down the wrong color. I emailed company to please change it before it was sent. I got a reply the next day and also confirmation on order I received the correct order I found that to be very impressive
