Unfortunately, there was a slight miscommunication between myself and a salesperson at a store location in New Jersey. Nothing catastrophic, but it did require the customer service manager, Veronica, to reach out to rectify the problem before my order could be started. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. Together, we found a solution to the misunderstanding, and she was able to process my order.
