Excellent service!!!

We absolutely loved this service. We dropped off all the dresses and the gentlemen there was extremely helpful. He made us feel very comfortable leaving the dresses there and that they were going to do a great job with them. When getting them back we were so happy with how the came out. They were beyond any expectations I had!!!

Great investment

Instructions were easy to use to get my dress, veil, and handkerchief ready for cleaning. The packaging to send everything back was very impressive. I had emailed a question and they answered back quickly as well. I sent my dress in 7-25 and got it back 9-16. The did such a great job on my huge investment!

Wedding preservation kit

The kit itself is nice, but the instructions could be more clear. There seems to be an excessive amount of paperwork, which can be a bit overwhelming for a first-time user. I accidentally almost included my dress with the garment bag until I noticed a tiny note saying "please do not include garment bag." These small details required me to double- and triple-check everything. I'm a bit nervous about sending out my garments and hope they'll be returned in perfect condition.
