I was initially disappointed to find I had been sent the incorrect items in my order. But I emailed and I got a reply straight away and a new order in the post that day, which arrived the next day. The toys themselves are wonderful, big a chunky, and just what I was looking for with good diverse representation too. Great for the baby and the 5 year old alike.
