I bought a Grayl water bottle in September and I use it daily. I had changed the water filter two more times, but by April it had started to leak from the top when I would drink and if it fell over in my bag, everything would get wet. When I contacted them they replaced the inner press for me. It now works great again!

Working Great with Replacement Inner Sleeve and Outer Cup

I got a replacement outer cup and inner sleeve on my Grayl Ultrapress after replacing the filter cartridge. It’s working great now. No leaks and I feel confident taking it on hikes and search and rescue missions. It’s nice having a water filtration option that will filter out all concerns.
