It keeps me warm for those chilly golf rounds and allows full range of motion. I am disappointed that the sporty reflective piping on the collar separated from the fabric. It does not affect the performance, just gives the impression that it was a cheap add on for aesthetics. I have 3 of these vests and all have done it. Again , it will keep you warm outdoors , light weight , great for layering.
