Yoga Studio Sticky Yoga Mat 6mm

Excellent quality yoga mat and the 6mm thickness gives extra comfort. It is the first time I've owned a 6mm mat but will definitely recommend this to others

This mat is great for anyone with sore knees. I've had a knee replacement and have arthritis in the other knee, and this is a perfect amount of padding, meaning we've jettisoned our knee mats. The slight stickiness makes it easy to use. I discovered this mat in a hotel we stayed and I am so glad I managed to track it down.
